If you received a card statement from your bank that led you to this page, we may have processed a charge to your card account for purchases of products/services offered by us. You can retrieve information about charges to your account by using the forms below.
You will be able to find details about the service purchased, the site on which it was purchased, details of the person making the purchase and usernames/passwords used. You can also manage or stop the subscription if the purchase refers to a recurring payment.
You must go through the cancellation procedure (enter your password, choose a reason for cancellation). During this procedure you will have an opportunity to check if your email address is correct so that you can successfully receive a cancellation code (sent within an hour) and stop your repeat billing. To complete the subscription cancellation process, you must return to the cancellation page and enter the cancellation code that you received in your email.
NOTE: Please do not press the "cancel repeat" button more than once, as the cancellation code you have received will then be invalid and you will have to wait for another code.
